Your final package will include:
~ A DVD containing your highlight video which can be played in standard DVD players
~ The DVD will be in 4:3 ratio NTSC format, the same format as a normal movie*
~ A standard size DVD case to store and protect your DVD
~ A full color label on the face of the DVD
~ A full color cover on the outside of the DVD case (Front and Back)
~ Your DVD and all images will be permanently stored on our servers
~ Return mailing of any material you mail to us
*Exception: You can request 720p or 1080i HD movies if your original footage is in one of these formats.
What we will need from you:
* A DVD, flashdrive / card, or place to download your original play footage.
* If you have not already separated all footage for us we will need to know the start times for each play you wish for us to be included in your highlight video.
* Photographs you want included for the DVD face, DVD cover, and any you may want inserted as part of the highlight video.
* Music selected by you to played in your highlight video. If specified segments of songs or whole songs are desired for certain times in the video, start and end times of the selected song will be required.
Providing your content to us:
Videos ~ Mail a DVD or multiple DVDs containing the video segments you want use. These will be returned to you as a part of the package. You can also store them online through a private site or public video site and direct us to a place to download them. Note that we can not download more than 500 megabytes. If your video segments exceed this amount you will be required to mail or otherwise deliver the material on DVD / CD.
Images ~ Images will be accepted by email or can be downloaded from a location you provide on the internet. Note that images stored on sites claiming ownership of the image will be refused unless the specified owner is yourself.
Music ~ The best way to provide music is to give me a link to the music you want to use on the popular video website YouTube. If your selection is not available on YouTube I will require you to email me the song as a stereo MP3 file. You may also send your music selection on a CD via mail or other delivery method.
Q & A:
Q: Can I provide my own DVD face / DVD cover images?
A: Yes. They must conform to the templates which we provide and can be downloaded here.
Q: Is there a limit to the length of the video?
A: Reaslistically, yes it is 2.5 hours. However an additional fee will apply for every minute past the first 15 minutes. These are highlight videos and aren't intended to be terribly long. The average length is typically 10 minutes. We will contact you if your video is going to exceed 15 minutes based on the footage you have requested us to add in order to discuss this further.
Q: I was referred by someone who knows you personally, Can I provide them with any materials and / or payment that would otherwise be required to be sent by mail?
A: Yes, as long as we know and are in regular contact with the person(s) in question we will be happy to take delivery of your material and / or payment from them and return it to them when we are complete.
Q: Can I upload my Highlight Video to YouTube or other such video hosting services?
A: Yes you can. If you want your video in WMV format we will provide it on a separate CD. The CD will be inclosed in the same case your DVD comes in inside a protective sleeve. This will incurr an additional $10 fee for the extra time and materials. Be sure to check with the video hosting service you wish to use for limitations such as video length or storage size. Also note that if you provide Copyright music some hosting services may remove it from your video or reject your video completely.
Q: I never ordered the extra CD with the WMV format video when I ordered my DVD. Is it still possible to get the WMV file?
A: Yes, we keep a permanent record of all projects. We will require a $15 fee for the cost of time and materials plus shipping fees. International orders will be more.

Project cost:

Payment:
Payment can be in the form of a US Money Order mailed or delivered to us, or through PayPal. While we will accept cash as payment we STRONGLY discourage sending cash through the mail or a delivery service as cash lost in this manner can not be recovered and we can assume no liability should it not reach us.
Additional DVDs:
You will recieve 1 DVD with your project order upon completion. Additional DVDs can be ordered at a cost of $10 each. Bulk discounts can be arranged, please contact us if you wish to order 9 or more additional copies.
You can order additional copies of your DVD at any time in the future for $10 (Subject to change without notice). We will keep a permanent archive of your production on site.
