Matrix ][ which was later renamed to Grid ][ has long been one of my favorite trance tracks. Ever since I first heard it in 1999 I've always loved it. Finally after over 1 decade of enjoying this fantastic piece of trance music I've taken the time to sit down, hash it out, and create my own melodic trance / new age remix of this original classic.

Enjoy the accompanying photographs which include steamy summer time clouds with lots of sunrays or godrays and some pretty spectacular stills of lightning generated by a couple of strong thunder storms which passed through my area in 2009.

Matrix ][ was original written and composed by Alex Smith aka The Cynic Project. Alex has long been one of my favorite musicians, each of his works reveals his brilliance in composition, arrangement, and production.
